Microphone, one-time setup
Tap once per phone. Your phone will ask to allow the microphone, tap Allow. Voice reporting is parked for a later version, per the 8/4 meeting; enabling the mic now means it works the day it returns, and it proves the host is serving this page correctly.
Toolbox, on site / off site
Per JOB, not per day. Crews move between jobs all day. Do the On Site check at every job walk-up, even if it is three things: materials on site, what we are doing, how long we plan to be here. Do the Off Site check when you finish and leave that job.
On Site, job walk-up
Write None if there is nothing on this job. Be specific, a general answer is worse than no answer.
Defects, incomplete work, anything that will need fixing. This is separate from safety on purpose.
4 or better is the standard. Below 4, say what the correction is and who owns it.
1 - Context (auto-captured in production)
2 - Tap and talk (situation - impact - required action)
Walkthrough checklist (visual QC)
Design Your Price Subcontractor Quality Checklist - all 17 trades, Section 1 Quality Standard + Section 2 Punchlist. Per the printed form: checklist must be complete and all items addressed or final payment will not be issued. Failed items become assignable queue tasks with photo evidence automatically.
Queue connection (one-time per device)
Paste the webhook URL from the Make.com scenario (see the Wiring Guide). Once set, every submission leaves this phone and lands in the shared Airtable queue + JobTread. Leave blank = local demo mode.
How the queue works once wired
Phone submits > Make.com webhook > transcription (if audio only) > LLM classification > Airtable queue row (the review/resolve board: owner, status, due, age) > JobTread to-do on the matching job > owner notified. Emergency items alert immediately. The submitter gets acknowledged / assigned / resolved updates from the queue, so nothing disappears into a black hole.
